Giving you the music a day early:
Although Kevin Matisyn helped Evans Blue write such modern rock hits as “Cold (But I’m Still Here)” and “The Pursuit,” he was voted out of the group in 2008. No worries, Matisyn has resurfaced as the lead singer of the band Parabelle, an alternative rock side project he started in 2007 with Kenneth Nixon of post-grunge act Framing Hanley that has now become a full-time band for Matisyn. The music kicks off at 9 p.m. Cover is $5 for the 18-and-up show.
